Hi there,
Few days ago I bought GTX 750 Ti MSI [2GB GDDR5] for my new machine. Here are the specs of it:
MOBO - GIGABYTE X79-UD3 MOBO [LGA2011]
Processor - Intel Xeon E5 2665 (ES - engineering sample)
RAM - 2x8GB Crucial Ballisticks Sport 1600/9 & 2x8GB Crucial Ballisticks Sport XT 1600/9
GPU - GTX 750 Ti MSI [2GB]
OS Win7 Ultimate 64 bit

The problem is GPU [GTX 750 Ti] doesn't work with these parts. When I turn it on with this GPU screen stays black forever. GPU colling is working tho.

What can be reason of that?

I've heard it may be due to ES version of CPU but can it really be the reason? Isn't it smth connected with MOBO?
This setup easily works with 7 year-old GPU GF 9500 GT [1GB].

I've already tried:
- changing BIOS on both GPU & MOBO (both have 2 BIOS'es included),
- changing display,
- installing new Nvidia drivers (337.50).

I bought this card [GTX 750 Ti] used but I'm sure it works cause I use it on my old computer.

I've also ordered GT 630 to try if it works with it.

Every advice appreciated.

Have you updated the Motherboard BIOS? (Or was that what you meant when you said updated the CPU BIOS?)

The cpu is not on the support list (referring to the non-ES version).
What leads you to believe the processor is actually running and that you haven't just merely spun up the fans? Are you getting POST beep(s) ?

Ye, I've updated it - at least I've tried to. I meant MOBO instead of CPU. I used "@BIOS" for that. It says current version ("BIOS F20") is actual.

May I know where can I find such support list? Is there 9500 GT (together with Xeon E5-2665 (ES) ) on it? Cause - as I've already said - it works with this GPU.
And regarding POST beep(s) - I hear about it for the first time - I had no clue about it before. I googled a bit and it seems I got to check it. And now, it may be a strange question but:
Should I connect my headphones first to hear the voice (the beep sound)?
Machine works w/0 any speaker/headphones so I haven't heard any sound yet.

Cpu & Ram support lists are maintained on the vendors website.

I missed that you had said the motherbd works with the 9500gt but that is good news. We now know the processor is working. Possibly now the GPU is not UEFI capable, some MSi cards have a switch to change the modes so I would begin by checking that first.
