]my graphics card need to be updated to a pixel shader 2.0 and i have window xp on it its a 32 bit my video card is as randeon 7000 cant play my sims if i cant update the graphics card

You'll need to get a new(er) GPU that supports Pixel shader 2.0 . It's not something you download and update your current GPU with.
