What I noticed is that after i do a clean unistall of the drivers and then reinstall(via driver uninstaller) I dont get the bluescreen for a couple of days but then it returns.
I get the bluescreen pretty randomly but 95% of the time when i play games.

Hmm i don't know alot about bluescreens but if i was you i would try to clean the laptop's fans. If you start your pc and let it run a game for like half an hour does your keyboard get hot? If it does clean your fans! I had a similar problem with this. My pc just randomly started crashing... and it helped... it's not hard at all just be a little carefull

I already opened the laptop and cleaned the whole inside.
Still the same problem persisted.

With a little bit of luck you have a friend eith a windows disc. If that's the case just put it in your pc and when your pc starts up even before the windows logo it should give a msi logo. Check on the bottom of your screen for sometging like esc=boot menu. Enter the boot menu and start up your pc fron the disc. There will be a guide through the process.
Note: you will lose your data so back up important stuff to a usb.

What about a SYstem Recovery?Could I just do that?

I just checked and I can recover the System to 2012.If i would choose that recovery point what would I loose? Is it similar like a reinstall of windows?

If you didn't have bluescreens in 2012 it could work... you will lose everything you downliaded/installed past 2012... still if it doesn't work try a reinstall and if the recovery works well the better for you!
