Heyo!

Now my problem is that I can't get to the internet wirelessly (I'm using an Ethernet cable right now).
Do note my internet is hidden and it only allows some MAC addresses.
I'm using a Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5100

It all begins with when I was updating my computer through the Toshiba service station for my Realtek Wireless LAN driver and it asks me to uninstall the previous version before I do so. I do and then I realize my grand mistake as I can't connect to the internet when I try to update it. I get to my Ethernet cable and plug it in, carry the update through from which the update refuses to install and simply says "extracts to etc." without any further conclusion. After a couple times of trying to re-install it finally installs but it still doesn't connect. Thus, I go check my router and my internet does have my wifi and should let me through -- so that rules out that and my other devices (mobile phone) can access the internet just fine.

Lastly I decide to research for the driver and I go to the Toshiba website, put in my computer model and get the Realtek driver. I download it and select "repair" and seemingly everything should be going swimmingly and it doesn't work. So I'm here typing this.

If anyone has experienced this before do tell me. I need to get this fixed as soon as possible and any help is fine.

Thanks,
