Ok so this may seem complicated so I am going to explain as best as I can.

Using the search function on windows XP I type in a file name and it pulls everything from heaps of different folders but a lot of the files have the same name.

This is fine as this is what I want, but I need to transfer all these files onto a cloud based CRM Database. Now rather than adding each file 1 by 1 I would like to copy the search results and paste into a folder then select the folder to upload, not go into 35 different folders and upload one by one ... I just want to copy paste the search results but because they have different folders but some same name files when i put them into the same folder it loses half the documents as it asks to replace etc .... is there any way around this ... like the pc auto changing the documents name to (1) (2) etc like it does when downloading a file and it auto renames it to (1) (2) etc

please help

You're not going to find anything like that. Why don't you just create a zip file of them all using the full path information, then you can upload the zip file.

I have already done this but then someone who wants to view one file will need to download the entire zip. and then go through to get one document.
