I currently build my new desktop.
I have no cd.
I have laptop, Windows 7 64 iso file and usb hard disk and 4 GB usb.
My question is
1. can I install Windows to my New desktop in my limited tools situation?
2. Can I install Linux in the same situation?
Thanks everyone!

Hmm when you go into the computer spam delete and you get into the bios. When your there look for boot options and when you find that see if it detects your USB hardrive and while your there you might even be able to swap windows
