Could i move the windows 7 from my current computer to a newly built computer?

The old computer is prebuilt and has an OEM version of Win 7.
I wont be using the old computer and i would like to save money and not have to buy Windows 7

You will have access to all the features for 30 days before it turns into a subset of features. Then (or before then) you will have to 'activate' it again, because MS will detect that you are using an OEM license on a different computer when you go to get updates. There is a 50-50 chance you will be able to re-activate with no issues. if not, you will have to call a toll-free automated phone activation system. At that point you will be asked a couple questions and it will be another 50-50 chance you will be given a new license for that copy. If not, you will be directed to a rep who will ask why you want to use a OEM license on another machine. Get creative if it comes to that.

Then you have to convince MS to allow that original OEM license to be used on a whole different PC. They are under no obligation to allow that.
