I was wondering, what and how much the lowest priced water cooling open loop parts would cost. I have some extra money, but i don't know if i have enough. So, what is the lowest amount of money i need to spend on water cooling open loop parts? If you could link them to me, i perfer newegg, but can do another site. Thanks.

update: I've been looking at a few kits witch people seem to like, such as Raystorm 750 AX360 Water Cooling Kit and the Raystorm 750 AX240 Water Cooling Kit people seem to like these kits and they seem to be pretty good so i was wondering should i get one? Also where to i get tubes to get with the loop? Thanks.

update II: I am only water cooling my cpu. A close loop could be good, but i have heard alot of good things about open loop, plus i could easily cool a gpu later too. So should i go with a closed loop? Or get a $170-$200 open loop and possibly upgrade later? Thanks.

Don't bother if you have less than $300 if you want a full loop. If it is just the CPU, get a Corsair H100. I know you said you want an open loop, but it is WAY worth the price if it is a CPU only look.

I see. It is just the cpu, i will inform this in the question and will consider what you have said about the h100, but i will wait longer to see what other people have to say. Thanks for taking time to comment, cheers.

If you want the upgrade path to include a GPU later on, your spending at minimum $250 on an open loop. The kit you found are fairly good if your only aim is CPU water-cooling, but the pump (the X20 750L) is pretty weak and you wouldnt want it dealing with more than one block. You want a D5 version of that kit.

Ok. so would you recemend that i buy it now and then when i get a gpu block I get a new pump?

Ok. Could you link me to a kit that has a good pump in the range of 170-200 $?
Thanks.

Ok thanks. So like the other guy said, maybe i should just get closed loop like a h105. How good is that for cooling my cpu?
