I was wondering if somebody could help me with my 3dmark scores. They are extremely low for my specs.

I am really confused and the only major difference is the GPU Memory and Bus Clock, but I cannot seem to find that anywhere in the BIOS. Even the gaming performance is not where is should be, for example, I am not getting close to 30fps on BF3 on ULTRA LOW settings. I have been struggling with this ever since I built this computer, I would be grateful if you could shed some light on this situation. Thank You
P.S. This is my first computer build so try to explain as much as you can, I am still learning.
