Hi there,
I know very little about computers but attempting to install a new graphics card so my boys can play Minecraft. Watched a Youtube video about what to do, put it in, closed it up, started computer again, went to the AMD.com website to install a new driver and it was about 90% done and then it said something like "not installed" and gave me an installation report. What now?

Try it again... is your Internet connection good?

Download it here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

I am on Vista. I did delete the old one first. I have somehow got Minecraft working now but the colours on the whole computer are really strange and words etc are not clear and still really big. What is going on now? Is it something to do with the actual graphics card or the driver?

If the driver did not install correctly, I would guess it is the driver. Try to download the program I linked to, and see if it can find any remaining drivers. If not, just try to download the drivers again and reinstall. If it finds them, uninstall them completely and reinstall. Which graphics card do you have? 32 bit or 64 bit Vista?

Yup do that. ^^^^ Let's clean it up. Install the AMD drivers directly from here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

If it is a GPU older than an HD 5xxx, it will be older drivers.
