I'm about to build a computer and my concerning parts are:
-SSD
-Hard Drive
-Opticle Drive

These parts are all OEM and don't come with screws...So what screws do I use?

Solution
3.5" drives generally use size 6-32 screws, 0.15" to 0.25" in length. This is also the size used to hold expansion cards in the slots in an ATX case.

2.5" drives, optical and floppy drives, generally use metric M3 screws, about a half a centimeter in length.

Go down to your local hardware store (these are very common screw thread sizes, although short lengths can sometimes be hard to find) and buy yourself a few dozen of each, #2 Philips head (and flat, not tapered), and you'll be prepared for pretty much every situation involving storage devices and peripheral hardware.

The kit that smorizio posted is an easy, quick buy that has basically everything you'd ever need for component installation work in it. A hardware store will be...

They should all be included in the little box of bits included in your case

A hardware store will be cheaper (you can get 100 6-32x0.25" screws for like $5, and no shipping - individual screws should be ~5-10 cents each) but that kit has it all and comes with a little case too.

P.S. Hopefully you know this but do not attempt to force M3's into 6-32 holes, and vice versa. You'll just strip the threads.

Solution
Generally you will get every possible screw you could need with the case. If it screws to the case, it will come with it. If it requires screws for some other reason (say a CPU heatsink), it will supply it as the case manufacturer cant be expected to supply those.

Hell, I actually have the problem of having too many screws. Its not like I'm going to use all 8 screwholes to mount an optical drive

I fixed a computer for a friend once who did that, with all the hard drives too. Not sure if it's more or less annoying than people who always tighten both screws on VGA/DVI/serial port connectors (*shakes fist*).
