If you're not planning to overclock, I'd suggest a H97 motherboard as it will allow you to upgrade in the future to a Devil's Canyon or Broadwell (5th generation) processor; without you having to replace the motherboard. Your current 8 series motherboard's you have selected (B85/Z87) only support Haswell (4th generation processors) whereby you're limited in upgrades. Regardless there is no issue if you stick to Haswell, performance wise it's not an issue, but for a new build you may as well go with a 9 series motherboard to prolong your system's life.

Also try and get a better power supply, I wouldn't go with Cooler Master for PSUs. I'd go with SeaSonic, Antec, XFX, Corsair, or EVGA for PSUs.

Other than that, I don't have an issue...
swap out the motherboard for a z97 motherboard if your going to use an unlocked cpu now or latter.
I would spend a few dollars more for the newer haswell refresh cpu that have the newer tim paste (devil cannon).
the x97 mb let you drop in a brodwell cpu latter on. next year intel moving to skylake ddr-4 ram and pci-4 mb with 1151 pins.

I would choose at least an H97 motherboard like the H97 pro4. If you want SLI/CF capability, the Z97 extreme3 or a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI. Not sure about your PSU either. Coolermaster PSU's are kinda hit and miss. I would go with a cheaper i5 and try to use the money saved towards a better GPU as well. The price difference would be probably enough to step up to an R9 280x.

Other than that, I don't have an issue with your build at all.

All the best. :)
