Hello everyone i had a gigabyte 78lmt s2p with fx 4100 and nvidia gtx560 back then i was facing restart problem during games so i checked everything i tesed everything on intel board with q6600 processor everything was working fine on it so i decided that the motherboard is faulty so i purchased new gigabyte 78 lmt usb3.now i m facing diffrent problem. When i start my pc it turn off on window loading so i checked it with another 450watt psu its working fine on it so i found that the fault is psu.so i contect the iball service centre i have told them my problem but the r saying that the psu is correct because it is working on intel and support amd boards.so my question is that the iball marathon 500watt can support amd boards if no i wil fight with them.
Help me experts thx in advance.

bro iball make shit psu it is the truth... your psu is fine but it wont deliver power it says that is 500watts. throw it in dustbin if possible. and buy corsair vs450 or cx430 these are affordable psu's and ill last you very long. I had a iball psu and ruined my mobo once..... so always keep in mind dont ever compromise on psu. buy a good quality psu .....

Your computer could be shutting off because the CPU or GPU is getting too hot among other things. Make sure the cooling fans are all plugged in and working properly and you have done your cable management.

If you removed your heatsink from your CPU to move it to the new motherboard, you need to clean it and the bottom of the heatsink per manufacturer guidelines and properly reapply thermal compound before reinstalling the heatsink.

to help you you have to know about power supply and there power outputs. when a power supply like iball says 500w peek output and no break down of the wattage or amps on the three main voltage output (3.3) 5v (12v) lines. they could be selling you a 300w power supply. I looked on there support page and there no info on the amp or wattage rating of the 12v line. (cpu and gpu use this). your pc has a 95w cpu and a 150w gpu when it maxed. (250w/12v=20.8 amps.)

when you look and buy a power supply yu want to buy one that 100w larger then needed to give the unit some breathing room and cap aging.
