No Audio on my Gateway NV47H09m

I have tried everything including Reseting to manufacturing default. Still No Audio. Speakers do work. When i plug in my headphones i do get audio on the laptop speakers but not on the headphones.So I have my headphones plugged in to listen to it. I tried my speakers but it makes a Bad noise when i connect it. I tried unistalling the drivers and replace them but still nothing! No yellow icons showing, you think it maybe the Intel graphics card or board? I'm Sorry for my grammar. I'Live in Mexico. If someone can Help me. i'll appreciate. Thank you and GOD Bless you.

I am having a tough time understanding what your testing results are.

You said the speakers do work right?

You said you plug in your headphones and get audio on the laptop speakers?(do not understand this)

You can listen to your headphones though

Then you say you tried your speakers but it makes a bad noise (speakers do not work?)

Yes when i plug in headphones i get audio on my laptop speakers but not on the headphones, if i plug in external speakers i get a horrible noise. Thank you for replying,,, The good thing is that still still under manufacturer warranty. and Gateway is going to fix it. Once again thank you.
