My Toshiba (Seagate 2TB) external hard disk has a cyclic redundancy check error and windows wants to format the disk.

Seatools does not pick up the drive because it is not initiated, when i try to initiate it (MBR) it brings up the cyclic redundancy error.

Testdisk shows read error after read error...

Stellar phoenix closes the program when i select the RAW recovery option

Is there any way that I can recover the data that is on the disk?

I have been running Parted Magic almost all day, with no luck either :-/
