Hi, can anyone tell me why everytime I try to use omegle or another webcam chatroom site their camera doesnt load? We can type to each other but they cant see me and I cant see them, the problem is on my end. I have tried everything, from updating flash player, using a different browser, change flash player settings etc. Please help

Just an update guys, tried different browsers etc etc, tried my home windows PC, same issue, then tried using a different internet source and it started working, so the problem lies with my internet, does anybody know the cause?
