Greetings, for years my 2.1 Blueberry SW-M30 50W Woodpecker would occasionally start buzzing for no obvious reason. The only thing that makes it buzz decrease is turning up the volume and treble on the speakers manually (i decrease the volume on windows after that).

It's only the satellites that are buzzing, and sometimes the buzz sounds "electric".

A CRT monitor or a wireless phone will cause buzzing noise if the speakers are near any of those devices same with other wireless devices that broadcast a signal. If moving the devices don't work then shut off each device to catch whats causing the buzzing and once you find the device causing the noise plug it in to another outlet to see if it continues. If it doesn't continue when you plug it to another outlet then the problem is coming from the power strip or outlet.

My creative inspire used to make clicking humming buzzing noise on my old CRT monitor till i replaced it with a benq led monitor and the noise went away and the humming came from my 6 ghz radioshack house phone till i moved it 10 feet away from the speakers.
