Asrock Z87 Extreme 4 or Asrock Z97 Extreme 4?

Guys im nearing the end of my build and im at a point where im not sure which path to take.
Ive been looking at the asrock z87 extreme 4 but do i get the z97 instead as its newer or not?

my build:
MSI GTX 770 2gb
i5 4670k
corsair vengenace low profile 2x4gb (8gb)
CM hyper 212 evo
zalman z11 plus case
corsair cx750 psu

to be perfecttly honest, even though you might not upgrade your cpu to a newer chip that utilises the Z97 chipset so soon, i would still recommend Z97 over Z87...reason being Z97 has much newer features, like M.2 and 10gb/s sata ports, it has a separated audio circuitary for better audio, much more faster and efficient bus speeds etc.....Z97 is newer so getting a Z87 would be getting outdated technology and wont be good in terms of keeping up to date.....even though the Z97 costs slightly more than Z87....it offers more features and hence is worth the extra price

Well on dabs.com the 97 is a tad cheaper. I think I'll go for that! Thanks guys. Edit: just noticed the fatality board! Would it be worth getting that? What's the difference?
