will my i5 3450 bottleneck r9 270x

I have core i5 3450 @3.1ghz and radeon hd 6670 2gb ddr3 which is pretty low and i think it's bottlenecking it so iam planning to buy a r9 270x 2gb gddr5 so i want to know will my i5 3450 bottleneck it and if u have a better choice tell me.

And look at CPU performance on any game.
They test any CPU botlleneck by puting powerfull cards like 7970, 680 ,titan and r9 290x depending on he period the game was realeased.
From what i renember the i5 3470 closest to what you have doesnt have any botllenecking problems and with way more powerfull cards.
Buy that r9 270x and go rolling ( theyll hate you )
Also the r9 270x is just 170$ on Newegg
