Not your fault, we all make mistakes. You clearly just missed that part of the product specs. You arent stupid, you just missed something.

I have been helping on forums for a while, so i get used to looking for things on linked websites that may have been missed.

I also have a bookmarked collection of different websites, such as that MSI one, to help with things like this. Its something i would suggest to people who want to help, but don't always feel confident that their answer is giving correct information, as it helps to give clear information, and allows you to answer quickly and precisely.

That link you gave us doesn't tell us the exact specs. We need to know them to suggest a graphics card accordingly. Can you tell me your processor and RAM specs? You can find the processor and RAM when you right click on Computer and then go to properties. We also need to know what your power supply is, do you happen to know that?

It says on the linked website that the peak power is 350W. As you can see here, the GTX 650 requires a 400W power supply, with 20A on the 12V rail.

Have a look and see how much a power supply from Corsair, Seasonic or EVGA are in ..Turkey?. They are good brands, with good warranty and reliability, but they may be too expensive.

The "minimum wattage" that the graphics cards manufacturers put on the box is not particularly useful. Nvidia's specifications list the GTX 650 as a 64 W card. 20 A * 12 V = 240 W, I'm not sure why you think it needs that much, but the OP could easily check for it simply by reading the label. Chances are this PSU is fine, as long as its in good working order.

Total system power draw is probably 250 W or lower with this card.

I don't think it needs that much either, but it is better to run a PSU at 80% load or less, than have it close to the limits.

Yes, the GTX 650 doesnt use that much power. But the 65W is not correct either. The card will draw more than that under load.

For example, a GTX 760 like mine is supposed to have a 170W TDP, but most benchmarks show it draw about 200W under heavy load.

Also gives extra power for future upgrades.
