Will I have to upgrade my graphics cards for the PC version of GTA5?

Will I have to upgrade my dual SLI GTX 680's in order to fully max out the PC version of grand theft auto 5?

I also have a Core i7 3770K @4.0 GHz and 16GB of RAM.

I can max out Crysis 3 and Battlefield 4 without any noticeable framerate drops. GTA 5 shouldn't be as graphically taxing as those two games, right?

My crystal ball says.........No idea. It's a game that's barely been announced yet, nevermind any specs released or if it's another crappy port like GTA4 was. Months away from a possible release date.

God i hope it's not another lazy port....since the new consoles are basically PC's i'm hoping they make an effort this time.
