difference between motherboard asus z87 and h 87

i want to build a new system and they suggested me motherboard asus h87 plus
I want to use this system for architectural program such as 3d max and autocad. which one is better? what is your suggestion?
other information of my system is:
cpu 4770 core i7 intel
ram 16 GB corsair pc 1600 ( 2*8GB)
hard SSD 128 GB corsair sp900
hard 1TB westerndigital
vGA k2000 quadro

Z-series normally have a few extra bells and whistles and allow for overclocking of the cpu, although Asus are releasing new BIOS's for non-z motherboards that allow for overclocking. If your not after all the bling, get the H87 PLus.
