Hi Guys. I'm Planning on building a gaming rig under 60000INR(roughly $1000) and asking your Expert opinion on building the same. The Following should help you understand my needs more.

Q1 What is your Budget?
A INR 60000 which translates roughly into 1000$

Q2 Can you Stretch/Extend your Budget?
A Not a single Rupee. This is an already "stretched out" budget.

Q3 What purpose do you seek out of the rig?
A Gaming and Programming. Hardcore Gaming being the Top Priority.

Q4 What Games will you play?
A Almost Every Game Title

Q5 What all components do you need?
A Monitor, CPU, GPU/Graphics Card, PSU, Motherboard, RAM, Cabinet
You guys could also suggest a cooler if the rig demands.

Q6 Have you ever assembled before?
A No. This is my first and i am a totalnewbie

Q7 Do you plan to Overclock?
A No

Q8 Do you need an AMD or Nvidia or any other Built?
A Any, as long as it yields the best value for my budget

Q9 Have you done any research on any component
A Yes. I read Gtx 770/i5 4670 is the best combo but i think it won't fit my budget, taking in account the price of other components

Q10 Where do you want to go big
A GPU, That's why i have Gtx 770 on my mind

Q11 Any other thing you would like to say?
A Yes. I am also a multitasker. Please quote the prices from Indian Online Retailer and not from newegg or amazon.com since i won't be importing. Also, Don't suggest components which are not available in India. However, you can enlist those which are going to launch in India in 30 days of timespan.
Thanks in advance

Please Read the Description Carefully
I wrote that i don't intend to overclock. Then why have you suggested me a Z97 Mobo?
Plus i5 4690 hasn't even launched in India

Just change it to I5 4670 then.
Because its one of the best mobos and is better then any other H97 Mobo
and you can run a non-K I5 on it

Sure, you can choose any case you like. For the processor, the only difference between the 4440 and 4670 is the minor bump in clock speed which wont really make a difference in gaming performance, but if it fits your budget you could go with the 4670

Have a look it can be adjusted by quite a bit for eg. you can bring the price down by lowering cabinet, or selecting a different brand of the GPU, if you need also a different monitor.

I used this site it's like pcpartpicker but for India it searches for the lowest priced components:

http://compare.buyhatke.com/

Anything else glad to help you out.

True me too

I don't understand why people recommend the Seasonic ECO series. When it comes to India even the most reputed manufacturers show their true colors, even Seasonic
1. ECO series is discontinued. That means it is old stock.
2. Only the main connector is sleeved.
3. Uses Teapo caps on the secondary

Thank you all for your suggestions. I really liked the build by 4cloud except the PSU because it has gotten negative replies by some of our members here. Please Suggest a new one. Also, Can anyone tell if the other components used in the build by 4cloud are the best in their respective Price Range? Thanks.

Core i7 4770
Gtx 760 amp edition
8Gb ddr3 1600 mhz kingston hyperx
650w corsair psu
Coolermaster K380

Dell full hd 21.5 inches (8500 extra)

Hi. Yes i do live in Delhi and most probably would buy my Rig from NP. Regarding your build, you've gone for CPU>GPU and sadly, i want the reverse. Thanks Anyways :)

There aren't in depth reviews but there's a tear down showing it has Teapo caps on the secondary
https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.chip.co.id%2Fforum%2Fhardware%2Fpower-supply-cooling-device%2Fseasonic-psu%2F182237-preview-seasonic-ss-400bt-eco-series-%257C-murah-tapi-tak-murahan%3Ft%3D178392&edit-text=

And Teapo caps aren't long lasting

I've made some editing to 4cloud's Build. The Rest is same except the following
Mobo - MSI B85M G43
PSU - Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU
Case - Cooler Master K281 Mid Tower Cabinet
Thoughts?

The VS series from Corsair is terrible, it's the lowest of the lowest corsair PSUs not even bronze certified, I had a VS 550 and it burned out litterally from power surges and power cuts but then again that wasn't my house. Try and search for at least a CX modular series 600 watt minimum or wait for a few more suggestions I couldn't find any appropriate PSUs. Ask chimera201 ^
