or i shouldn't mess with the warrenty and buy the best possible referrance card like direct cu2 or windforce .

Hi, I'd say get the best air cooled GPU for a 770gtx. Since water cooling is generally recommended for multi-GPU setups. Or maxing out the performance of the best GPU the money can buy(780/TI,290/x,Titan).

770 is already a cool card, even on stock fans, and does not really need water cooling unless you're planning on some extreme overclocks. Buying a decent 780 is much better than buying the best air cooled 770 or water cooled 770.

Thanks for your quick reply...
What's the maximum limit of pushing the freq while overlooking the gtx 770 without any voltage tweaks....
Is there any chance to damage the card while installing a water cooler on it.. Gtx 780 would be a way too overkill for my rig cause I don't think that I need that much GPU power as I am gaming on 1080p... I have a 4670 core i5 can clocked at 4.5 ghz

Are u sure? I mean I haven't really heard about companies like PNY or HIS...
If PNY has got good rma service , then I can really save some bucks going with them.
I've also noticed that the PNY card has got a good heatsink
