Is it okay to install nvidia beta drivers?

So the new 340.43 beta is out. And i'm wondering if it's any good using beta drivers? will it hurt performance in anyway? and is it okay to use beta drivers?

By the way my GPU is - MSI GTX 780 OC edition.

It's OK, but since they're beta, they might decrease performance. If that happens, just roll back to the latest official drivers.
