Fan stopped spinning/upgrade

The fan in my XFX 6780 doubled d stopped spinning so it keeps overheating, I can't get the fans to work. What would be a good upgrade from there under $200? Or any advice on getting the fans to work. I am near a microcenter so I can use those prices. Thanks.

First off, remove the heatsink shroud/cover. Make sure the fan is plugged in to the card. Second. Is the card dusty/dirty?

Hello man :

it's clean and plugged in, the card was running really hot so I took it out, cleaned it, replaced the thermal paste....now it is running cooler at idle but starts to heat up fast. Thinking the fans weren't working all along past 2 days its been just shutting off.

XFX has a lifetime warranty. Start the RMA process with them.
If you want another card anyway, for < $200 you should be able to find a HD7870 / R9 270X.
