Is it ok to Plug 1x6 Pin in my 2x6 Pin Graphics Card??

Sorry for my Bad English.. Anyway...
My Power Supply Only has 1x6Pins Can this be enough to power my Graphics Card with 2x6 pin?
When i try to plug in my card with 1x6pin, It still works.. do you think it could affect the performance of the card?? or it will remain the same?? since it was ok, and working with just 1x6pin Supplementary plugged in 2x6pin... ??

But when i try to use only 1x6 the GRAPHICS card works fine.. but i just notice.. it only rates 6.1 in my windows experience index... not too far with my i7 2600 on board which is 5.9 in rating when it comes to graphics.. do you think.. if i plug in 2x6 pins will increase its rating??
