Can i use AMD FX-6300 processor
to my Motherboard Asrock 960GC-GS FX?

and is it worth it upgrading AMD Athom(tm) x2 225 3.10ghz
to AMD FX-6300? will it give me more speed? or just a little?

The motherboard supports the CPU and yes the FX6300 is WAY faster than your current athlon. Don't get the 8320 or any 8 core for that matter, the board doesn't have the proper cooling and power deliver for an 8 core even tho it "theoretically" supports it.
