Lenovo G405S Bluetooth not working or does my laptop even have bluetooth?..

Its been almost 3 weeks i have my laptop and i didn't notice this till last few days that my bluetooth is not working as it should.. i tried downloading many versions of drivers and many ways to solve this issue including "Lenovo System Recovery" and a bunch of 3rd party and official programs but none of them work. what should i do?


Problem > Bluetooth is detectable in device manager and icon is showing in 'Device Manager'
and in the taskbar icon tray. Unable to detect any devices

Info > Bought this Laptop as Free DOS but i know exactly what i do to make everything work..

:-Windows 7 Ultimate
:-All Drivers installed (UptoDate)
Processor : AMD A10 5750m with Radeon 8650G Graphics HD
Ram : 8GB

Everything else basically bought standard.

Try to restart the Bluetooth services. Start > Run > type services.msc > Locate Bluetooth Support Services, right-click Properties, in Startup type select Automatic, in Service status hit Start button if available, Apply and OK.

same.. no changes done..though i think its hardware problem..

it says There are no applicable packages found for your system.. wad does this means anyway its downloading the stuff till around 16% and this pops up wtf
