Suggestions for mounting a switch and modem to a wall or ceiling?

I would like to mount my modem and switch to the wall or possibly ceiling. Does anyone have any suggestions for mounting the following:

D-Link switch DGS-1008G
Motorola Surfboard SB6141

1. Is there some type of velcro that might work well?
2. Is there some type of install kit that will mount these to a wall?

This is one of those things they cut on consumer grade stuff since nobody want to pay for a mounting bracket they will never use. Kinda like rack mount kits.

You likely can get velcro to work The problem you have is getting the velcro to stick to the wall. It does not take much to peel the outer layer of paper off drywall.

My brother mounted a similar electronics to the wall by gluing a board to the equipment with epoxy and then screwing the board into the wall joists.
