When I watching videos this pop up comes on the middle of the video wanting to put some thing on my computer . It asks me if I want it to and I don't so I push deny and it won't leave and I can't see all of the video. Then I go to look at some videos and I get a big ! in the middle of the space where the video should be. Thanks for your trouble

the two programs that yu need for online games and video are adobe flash and java.
