I have Watch Dogs for the PC and I currently cannot play it using ultra textures without it crashing. I just order a second video card to use with crossfire. By the end of the day today, my system will look like this:

AMD FX 8 core 4 Gig processor
16 GB DDR3 ram
250 GB SSD
1 TB HHD
2 x Radeon 7870 video card with 2 GB ram on each card.

I only had one video card with 2 GB ram, but now I am going to upgrade it to 2 using crossfire.

Then will I be able to run everything smoothly on ultra graphics? The requirement is at least 3 GB of ram on the graphics card.

Thanks is advanced.

Solution
GPU ram doesn't "add up" when using xfire or SLI; You're still be running on 2gb vram. That said crossfire doesn't work at all in watch_dogs so not only will you not see any benefits but your performance will actually be lower with 2 cards unless they released a patch.
