Computer keeps CRASHING?!

I have been runnning my custom built rig for months now and all of a sudden It crashes and then wont turn off? I thought it was the GPU because it was running hot.. So i bought an r9 290 and just come on to find out that it still crashes?!

My System specs:

FX6300 @4.5
cooler master 212 EVO
8gb
R9 290
Sabortooth 990FX rev 2
TX650 watt
aerocool xpredator case with 4 fans
2tb WD
128gb ssd

Basically I play through games like Battlefielf Hardline beta and randomly through different points it will crash and wont turn off by the button, I have a noise that keeps looping when it crashes and I have to switch it off at the switch to restart it?
