Should work just dandy.
Try to keep your volts down and be sure to disable any core-boost functions.
edit: I changed my mind :lol:
With an FX8320, they normally clock a couple hundred MHz less than the -8350 ... but it really depends on the "chip lottery' as to your final stable OC ...
