Actually it would be a cpu, ram and motherboard upgrade because your old motherboard will not take the newer gen cpu's

On a budget you could start of with an fx 6300 with 4gb of ram

Unfortunately that won't get you much. You're gonna have to save up more and the games you want to play are quite cpu and gpu taxing

Basically you would want something like this:

CPU: AMD fx 6300, http://
RAM: You could start of with 4gb but 8gb is recommended (ddr3)
Motherboard This is cheap and has the old AMD chipset but it should work fine as long as you don't overclock
http://

Recommended, AMD 970 chipset, http://

You would then need a new graphics card, maybe an R7 260X/7790 or a gtx 650ti

I would recommend you save up at least 40k

What's your current psu ?

Get a single 4gb ram module for now
http://

Your power supply is quite weak in terms of quality, therefore for the graphics card I would recommend a gtx 750 which gets all it's power from the pci-e slot
http://

With that card you would not need to buy a new power supply which could save you about 4k

How about HD 7790, hd 7770, hd 7750, r7 250x, r7 260x - Anyone which will do?

Let me summarize your choices (I will list them in order of high performance to low)

7790, R7 260X and the gtx 750 are all in the same performance category but the 7790 and R7 260X require more power and a 6 pin connector which I doubt your psu has. The gtx 750 on the other hand is cheaper, uses less power and does not require external power

The 7770 and R7 250X fall in the same performance category but are slower than the cards above and again require a six pin connector and more power

The 7750 is the slowest from the bunch

Therefore the best card seems to be a gtx 750, the one I listed above

Will it bottleneck my current PC specs?

Your processor is going to definitely hold that card back and the games you are looking to play are very processor intensive especially bf4 multiplayer and watch dogs being open world.

That's basically comparing the performance of the 7790, R7 260X, 650ti boost and the 7850. As you can see the 7790 and R7 260X perform basically the same while the 650ti boost and the 7850 perform relatively the same but are faster than the 7790 and R7 260X

Their is really no "best" gpu for your system because most of the modern cards and games will be held back by your processor. At some stage you gonna have to get rid of it

The best you can go for in your budget and judging by your power supply is a gtx 750 as I have listed above

Should not I go for GTX 750 Ti edition or some other or you suggest only casual 750. And please also suggest which one - Asus, Msi, Zotac, Galaxy or some other.

If your budget allows it, you could go with the 750ti which is about 13% faster than a 750
http://

or, just stick with the gtx 750 and put the change towards a better pc
http://

IMO, there's not a huge difference between them

I strongly recommend you just save up for a brand new pc and then maybe you can get this
http://

listen buddy,it seems that you have an old pentium 4 cpu. 2gb ram doesn't count towards modern gaming. and also u hv a prehistoric gpu. so i suggest that u should upgrade your pc from the scratch. 1st. u need a solid processor like i5 4550 or i5 3500 or amd fx 8350. 2nd. you need a decent ammount of ram(4-8gb) and 3rd.you need a very good gpu(graphics card). And before u do all this you need to check your motherboard if it even supports all this upgrade. Then you can play all the next gen games minimum at high fps and graphics quality. If you want all this it may cost you around 30-35k.
