Best Corsair RAM for performance.

I am planning to buy a corsair RAM and found these RAMS.

Corsair 8GB,
Another 8GB,
Another 8GB

1. Performance wise which is the best out of these three? (Actually i cant find any difference except the price. Please be kind enough to spot the difference)

2. One 8GB or two 4 GB RAM, which is better for performance?

Also how can i know if my mother board is of dual channel?

The specs are listed on the website. They are:

First one: 1600 CAS 10
Second one: 1600 CAS 9
Third one: 1333 CAS 10.

Third one is slowest. Second one has a slight edge over the first one - CAS 9 > CAS 10.

As for the motherboard, I have no idea. I'm not able to find any info on it based on that information.
