BF4 is probably taking advantage of all 6 cores and BF3 is not.

I find that odd that you only get 25-30FPS in BF3.

My Athlon 760K and HD 7850 get 60FPS with all ultra settings but no AA at 1080p in BF3. Your CPU and GPU are stronger than mine, but mine are overclocked a lot. 4.5GHz and 1200/1500.

Try turnng down AA. If that doesn't help then consider overclocking if your PSU, motherboard, and cooling can handle it.

Bottlenecks for Beginners
THW is always in need of bottleneck explanation, so here is my take on the subject matter. Your "bottleneck" will be dependent on the software you run and your display. For gaming: Your CPU handles the game engine and will be able to make a... See full content

We cant tell you ifi ts bottlenecking if u dont tell us the speed of ur CPU.

Bottlenecks aren't automatically based on hardware configuration. They are almost totally based on the game/appllication engine.

Example: A Sempron 130 can push 4x Radeon 290s in crossfire for Litecoin mining, but would likely fail miserably in a modern threaded game engine.
