What is verifying DMI pool data?

This black screen comes up every time i boot it says verifying dmi pool data at the top and the rest of the screen is full of numbers and other stuff. Its not causing any problems but i would prefer not to see the screen every time i boot up the pc.

Windows 7 64bit
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard
AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz CPU
SeaSonic 80 Plus Bronze SS-350ET 350W PSU
2x2gb Kingston DDR3 RAM
640gb WD Caviar Blue HDD
Its for my grandma lol.

Go to your BIOS and make sure the HDD is set as the Primary boot device. That may solve your issue.

Sounds more like verbose booting is turned on.

If it is your BIOS: every one is a little different, but there should be an option in there that shows general system information rather then just a Gigabyte logo. Can't seem to locate the real manual to direct you further. (Only found the quick setup guide on gigabyte's website)
