Which is better for multi-core/threaded optimized games like Watchdogs, etc
i3 4340-$130
FX 6350-$122
i3 4350- $132
Will be paired with Asus GTX 760 2GB DC2

Solution
The i3 will be similar or better in the newer games, and much better in older single or dual threaded games, and has the advantage of being cooler, quieter, less power consumption, and better for general computing like web browsing.

Thanks guys. Getting FX6350 is what I had in my mind until I found these benchmarks
http://www.techspot.com/review/827-watch-dogs-benchmarks/

FX6350 & i3 4130 perform same in a game like watch_dogs, wouldn't i3 4350 beat fx 6350 in that case ?

stock-clocks to stock-clocks the most of the i3s mentioned in this thread will be similar-better in gaming (it's debateable on the newer games, they're more optimized for quad-core+ usage) than the 6300/6350.
However, buying an after-market cooler with the 6300/6350 will allow you to overclock, which will destroy (literally) the i3s in gaming, encoding, playback, video editing/rendering and more.

IF you can find a quad-core i5 within your price range, WHICH HAS 4 CORES, go for it. It is highly likely that this will destroy an overclocked 6300/6350.

Where I live i3 4150 is selling for $138, due to very low demand i3 4340 & i3 4350 are cheap. Anyway I found my answer, thank you.

Just one last question, planning to add another GTX 760 around Christmas, Will i3 4350 handle GTX 760 SLI or I should upgrade to Broadwell i5 ?

Yeah, you won't want to run SLI with those. The 760 is a good pairing to the i3. But when you decide to get the second 760, definitely get at least an i5.

And make sure (whichever CPU you end up with) the motherboard supports SLI. NVIDIA requires at least x8 PCIe lanes for SLI.

i3 vs 6300 = PS4 vs Xbone. Both practically the same except a few software changes, but yet the arguments on superiority will never end!
