What type of power supply modular should i use for my build

Hello,
I am Looking to Build a Gaming PC , to run the most newest games and the most High Graphical games.
What type of pwer supply would be the best modular , semi- modular or none modular
Parts:

CPU= Intel Core i5 4670K Quad Core

GPU= Asus GTX 770 Nvidia GeForce DirectCU II OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

MOBO= MSI Z87-GD65-GAMING ATX Motherboard

RAM=Corsair CMY16GX3M2A1866C9R Vengeance Pro Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866Mhz CL9 XMP

Case= Zalman Z11 Plus Midi Tower Case

Dvd Driver= LG ELECTRONICS GH24NS95 LG (24X) DVD

Hard Drive= Seagate Barracuda 3.5 inch 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB 6GB/S Internal SATA Drive

Fan= Arctic F14 140mm High Performance Case Fan

Cpu cooler= Noctua NH-D14 Fan for Intel Processor

Get a modular PSU. It will help your build stay cleaner. With a modular you choose the cords you want to use, and leave the ones you won't off of the PSU. You would then have a cleaner cooler build.

Check out the SuperNova PSU's. They are somewhat pricer, but come with an excellent 3 to 10 year warranty.
