Hi guys, i am currently building up my first gaming specs. i am from Bangladesh and pc parts are not available mostly.literally I've no knowledge about psu, cpu cooler and cpu case. so i need more advice on that! here are my specs:
--Processor: intel core i5 -4570
--Mobo: AsRock intel b85 pro-4 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-b85pro4)
--GPU: Saphire r9 280x 3GD5 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-112210240g)
--Ram: Transcend 4gd3 @ 1600 bus
--PSU: thermaltake litepower 800w atx 2.3 (http://ucc-bd.com/thermaltake-litepower-non-modular-800w-atx-2-3-a-pfc-12cm-eu-non-80plus.html#)
-------------------------------->>? Here are my questions<<-------------------------
1. Should i go for additional cpu cooler??
2. Is my PSU ok???
3. What should be my case?
*****budget is tight*******

You don't really NEED a CPU cooler other than the stock one if you aren't going to be overclocking or don't care about noise performance.

That PSU is terrible, I wouldn't trust it to supply power to an LED lamp. They claim it's an 800 watt but it can't have it's combined output over 480 watts and only 432 on the 12v lines? It's trash.

Your case is a very personal preference, and you should get something that has the drive bays you need with a look you like in your budget.

This is a pretty good start. That processor is more than powerful enough to get good frames, especially coupled with that amazing GPU. At 800W, the PSU seems fine, but I would go for something 80+ certified it I had the choice. But seeing as though your budget is tight, that PSU is fine.

If I am reading correctly, you are only placing 4GB of RAM in this build. I would go for more, even if it meant paying a bit more, because RAM is really important in gaming builds.

NZXT makes an amazing set of cases for decently low prices. Their "source" line gives good ventilation and plenty of space for an ATX motherboard, while still keeping the price decently low. If they are available in Bangladesh, that would be your case of choice.

Good luck with your build. And have fun gaming with it.

1. Can't tell you that at this time, as we don't know what temps your CPU is experiencing. DL 2 programs. Prime95 and realtemp. Run prime95 under the mixed test, which is good for about as much as you would at most push your CPU. Run realtemp at the same time. If after about 1/2 hour your temps don't rise past around 70+C, then your CPU cooler will be ok, if maybe a little loud when pushed hard.

2. The thermaltake litepower series are rated as tier 3 units, which means they pass atx standards, but only just. While not the worst psu, they are never the less not very reliable either. Tier 3 units often have reduced power output on 12v rail (the ones that power your gpu) and a reduced amperage output, while boosting the 3.3 and 5v outputs which in newer systems ate hardly used. Basically, your psu is not that good for what you want it for. I would look for a replacement soon, Seasonic, Antec HCG, XFX, or if you must, then corsair, but try not CX or VS line's. Any if the above 550-650w is sufficient.

3. Cases are a personal choice. Any atx mid or full tower will work, some are just a little better built than others, or may have more options like windows or usb3 ports in front. Hard to tell exactlywhat would be good for you as we have no reference to what you have to spend or what is available to you in your country.

Of the ones that I found in stock currently and under 13k I would probably pick http://ucc-bd.com/thermaltake-toughpower-standard-650w-modular-atx-2-3-eps-2-92-a-pfc-14cm-eu-80-plus-gold.html# based on the specs. It's a 650 instead of what they claim was an 800 for the other one, but this one has a 12v line that can supply over 600 watts instead of 430 like the other one. I would trust it to run a gaming rig far more than the other one.

I would question ucc-bd.com and find out if they are going to restock the XFX line, because the XFXpro core edition 550w is by far the best choice for the price, followed by the 650. XFX is built on a Seasonic design and is superior quality, compared to the low-mid wattage thermaltakes.
