My memory was getting a little too full so I had to clean it up and in the clean up I uninstalled Realtek HDA.
Now the sound button on the task bar has a cross on it and says there is no devices connected. I've tried reinstalling the latest drivers and every time it comes up with No Drivers are enabled for this Device.
I know I got the right driver download but it didn't work.
I also went to Device Manager found Realtek HDA and it says 'No drivers are installed for this device' So I went on to driver and pressed 'update driver' and whether it's manual or search online it comes up with 'Access is denied'
I've even tried system restore and that won't work.

OS: Win 7 Home Prem 64 bit
Processor AMD FX 8350 8-core

So basically what you are saying is when you where uninstalling software from the uninstaller options you accidentally uninstalled your audio driver.

Ok that much is clear.

Let's first restart system way you may ask.Be cause some realtek soft ware makes you restart system after install or uninstall. And go into normal windows and see if is working,If not try the option below.

Then we are going to try going into F8 safe mode. Then try that install pack you got in there. Then after the reinstall is complete reboot into regular windows.

Ok let's try a couple of things here.

Then open the cmd now while in CMD Type--> chkdsk /r

Let it run it's scan,After it's scan it will ask (Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)) Press Y for yes. Then re boot system.

After that is done let's go back into CMD and run a sfc /scannow this might take 7 min's or so.The sfc /scannow command will scan all protected system files, and replace corrupted files with a cached copy that is located in a compressed folder at %WinDir%\System32\dllcache. After this is done reboot system.

After these two processes are done.

We are going to run a program.

CCleaner -->http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/download/9b1e6f13b088a999cc52fe78176bb586/

Then try to reinstall the Realtek program again.

Let me know if there are any errors with sfc scannow. If there are you might need to do it one or two more times to repair system.

Here are some latest drivers for Reltek audio http://filehippo.com/search?q=realtek

I did everything you asked and I ran the download and again is said 'There is no driver in this driver package' So I rand the chipset download and it comes up with 'Windows x64 driver (Rtxvac.sys) not found!'

Ok we are going to try some thing here.

Go to your start menu,In search type Device Manager and then open it.

If you see the audio icon for Reaktek High D audio right click on that icon then properties.

Now in properties select the tab driver option.

In here we are going to look for Roll back driver if it is uncheckable then click the update driver optons.

Then use the Search automaticlly for updated driver software option.

Let's see if this works.
