I had recently bought an mSata and installed it on my laptop and had gone into my bios to see if it was being recognized. I think I may have rest my defaults in the bios and now it will no longer load my os. my boot order is fine I think (disk drive first then hdd and network last) and I checked to see if my hdd still works and it does. So, as far as I can tell everything is as it should be but it still is not booting my os and giving my a pxe error.

any help will be appreciated

Solution
Sounds like the ssd is detected as the primiary boot device. in the boot order make sure your hdd is set as the primary boot device and not the ssd. You may have to hit enter on the hdd to bring up which drive is defined as the boot drive. (an ssd is considered an hdd by the bios)
