My CPU Cooler???

Hey guys
I am building a system and am having trouble selecting my cpu cooler.

Processor: i5 4690k
MoBo: Asus Z97-A
Case: NZXT Phantom 530

As of now im leaning towards one of these 3, but Im open to anything really:

Noctua NH-D14
Corsair H100i
NZXT Kraken X60

Please let me know the best one in terms of noise and cooling quality.

Also what thermal paste should I use for the cooler?

I have the Nocua. It is the best air cooler you can buy. It is the cooling solution many water block reviews reference against as the standard for best air. When you consider noise and cooling performance it is the best. Make you own decision but this is my opinion.

Speaking from experience, surprised you haven't heard about it actually. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is one of the best and cheapest cpu coolers on the market
