SUdden pc shut down! problem

hlw friends ! i am having this crash for a couple of days . Suddenly it shuts down during net browsing , some times when i try to on my computer it happens , i am using on board radeon 4290 graphics and with old graphics driver :3 . the power LED flashes slowly on and off at 1 second intervals. Physically disconnecting power, waiting for 10 seconds and then reconnecting the power is the only way to bring it back.

It sounds like the PSU is failing and/or overheating. Pull the covers, clean everything in the box, reseat all the cards and RAM, and start it up with the covers off. Use SpeedFan to check your temperatures. You didn't say how old the machine is but if it's older, I'm guessing the PSU but that's just a guess.

it is 4 year old :3 my cpu temp is 44c with cm 412 slim cooler and system temp is 45c
