Ok so im looking at a site called http://www.memoryexpress.com/ there is a price beat on there, they do like a 25% better price then any canadian retailer if you provide proof. So i was wondering, do price beats include rebates? They want me to put in the price of what the other website are selling them for, right now theres a rebate on a msi card on newegg.ca, but i don't know if my order would be approved if i put the rebate price there or not. So if anyone knows the anwser please help me. Thanks.

No they do not...^^^

Quote straight from their price match policy-

" Cannot be used with any other promotion and does not apply to advertising errors, misprints, rebates (Including Mail-in-Rebates), coupons, special educational prices, club or group buying prices, restricted offers, location restricted or in-store only offers, mail order offers, premiums, free or bonus offers, limited quantity or limited time offers, minimum quantity offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, doorcrashers, auction or clearance sites such as eBay, and special financing offers".

So it is, they used too. I guess they changed that in the last year or so.
