The problem 0xc0000142 and not registerd dll files

Hi Guys I Have A Problem While running Fifa2014 on my pc ,,, while running it the error message

(the application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000142)

os:windows 7 32 bit

I Have Installed >NET Frame Work 4
i Have c++ 2005,2008 and 2010

One of Friends Told Me To Download A Group Of .dll files , here

it made it more worse. while running fifa 2014 message says :

let's try this.

Go into F8 safe mode.

let's go into CMD and run a sfc /scannow this might take 7 min's or so.The sfc /scannow command will scan all protected system files, and replace corrupted files with a cached copy that is located in a compressed folder at %WinDir%\System32\dllcache.
After this is done reboot system.

You might have to do this a few times if there are errors.

I have been seeing a lot of these issue the last couple of days.

Never use the .dll files a lot of them could be a virus or malware hiding.
