Alright so I harvested a psu from my gaming rig that I then replaced so yeah. My brother is a casual gamer and I am making him a budget gaming rig. The psu powered both a core i7-3770 and a gtx 660. But the real question why I am asking is can the same psu run an amd athlon 750k and a GTX 660? Its is a 430w Dell Inc. psu. So yeah can it, I am about to buy everything on my Newegg list.

Budget Build:

CPU - AMD Athlon II x4 750k
GPU - GTX 660 1.5 GB
RAM - 4 GB @ 1600 MHz
PSU - OEM 430w Dell Inc.
HDD - 120 GB (Soon going to be 1tb when I have enough spare money.)
Monitor - OEM HP Monitor 21.5" 1680 x 1080 (720p)
OS - Windows 8.1 Pro

The psu powered my Primary Gaming Rig:
CPU - Core i7-3770
GPU - MSI Twin Frozr GTX 660 1.5GB
RAM - 16 GB @ 1600 MHz
PSU - 430w Dell Inc.
HDD - 2tb WD
Monitor - Samsung SyncMaster S24B300
OS - Windows 8.1

450 would be the recommended stated by this site for your GPU http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
you have 430 + add the age of the PSU, your computer will underperfom in gaming and demanding applications

Edit: yes it can run them but they won't be able to perform at 100%

Well guess what? After a month, I got all the parts, built it, and now I got it up and running bruh, no problems. One thing I did do was I got the AMD Athlon II x4 740, instead of the 750 cause I just wanted the psu to work and power it properly and IT DOES!!!!! It maxes out all the games my bro plays on it 50-60 fps fine. (On a 720p 22 inch monitor, but Im still sure there will be good framerates even in 1080p) If you wanna copy this build go ahed it works like a charm, All this probably under 600 or 500 dollars depending on what you switch out ... yaddah yadda yadda.
