I have now 32 gigs of Kinston memory ( 4 / 8 gig sticks on a Asus x79 deluxe motherboard with a Corsair AX-750 P/S. My question is if I upgrade to 64 gigs of memory , can I use the same power supply ?

Yes, since Memory RAMs only takes less power unless you are at the peak of your power supply.

RAM's power consumption is usually negligible. Most of the times it shouldn't even reach 5-10% of your PC. So basically, in most cases there should be absolutely no problem...

Adding four DIMMs will only add 10-15W. Unless you have an insane setup, there should be plenty of room left on that AX750 to accommodate that.
