My budget is 700$ to 1000$ im planning on making a new computer, can someone help me pick the parts that can satisfy this budget. Im gonna use it for gaming and slight editing.

You didn't put enough information regarding on making this build for you. You didn't say that you don't need a keyboard monitor and mouse. Or that you don't need an OS and an Optical drive. This build just has the OS and Optical drive and not the Mouse,Keyboard, and monitor.
